Yarn Along

It's Wednesday, so that means it's time to Yarn Along with Ginny.
I've been absent for a little while, it's been a wild few weeks of lots of work and a little play in there too.
I have reached my limit on boring stockinette on my Gnarled Oak sweater. One sleeve is finished, and I have the other one on the needles, but it's on hold right now so I can make a model for the yarn store where I work.
This is the Chevron Baby Blanket from Espace Tricot, and I am knitting with Blue Sky Alpaca Worsted Cotton. It's dreamy.
A Dance With Dragons is still my go-to book when I have a moment here or there, but I am not making too much progress.

What's on your needles today?
Head on over to Ginny's to see more knitting and books.

What stunning, fresh, summery colors! I'm seeing loads of baby blankets in progress - very tempting but I have no idea who I would make it for ;o)

I know how you feel about the stockinette, and I feel your pain, but that is gorgeous!! Those colours look so good together, and chevron? sigh. I love it.
