I don't know what it is about hot weather that inspires me to bake.
Maybe I feel so hot that it can't hurt to have the oven on...
In any event, I can't think of anything that can beat a turkey and fresh basil sandwich on fresh homemade bread. With the exception, of course, of eating my sandwich with fresh cut-up pineapple in a cute ice-cream cup from Germany.
It should be another stormy night here,
