Tonight I had a successful second day of the August of Fewer Boxes.
Scrambled eggs for breakfast.
Grilled cheese for lunch.
Summer veggie stew/soup with homemade bread.
It was delicious, and the kids (despite the upturned noses when I added the balsamic vinegar) ate it all up.
Good for your kiddos; the upturned noses at my house only took one bite of the cabbage slaw with peanut dressing and the zucchini pizzas. :)
